1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of TEKlaB Medical Analysis Laboratory ("the Laboratory"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
The Laboratory offers the following medical analysis services:
- Biochemistry analyses
- Hematology analyses
- Microbiology analyses
- Hormonology analyses
- Clinical pathology analyses
- Cytopathology and histopathology
- Home sample collection (subject to availability)
3. Medical Prescription
Most analyses require a medical prescription. The Laboratory reserves the right to refuse to perform analyses without a valid prescription in accordance with current regulations.
4. Sample Collection
- Patients must follow preparation instructions specific to each analysis (fasting, etc.)
- Samples are collected by qualified personnel
- Proper patient identification is required (ID card or passport)
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
5. Results
- Results are available within the announced timeframe (generally 24-48 hours)
- Results can be collected in person or sent to the prescribing physician
- Results are confidential and can only be communicated to the patient or authorized persons
- Results are retained for 10 years in accordance with Moroccan regulations
6. Pricing and Payment
- Our rates comply with regulations in force
- Payment is due at the time of sample collection
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank card
- A detailed invoice is provided upon request
7. Health Insurance Coverage
The Laboratory is affiliated with:
- CNOPS (Caisse Nationale des Organismes de Prévoyance Sociale)
- CNSS (Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale)
- Various private insurers
For direct payment by your insurer, please provide your insurance documents at the time of sample collection.
8. Responsibilities
8.1 Laboratory Responsibilities
- Perform analyses with diligence and professionalism
- Guarantee the confidentiality of patient information
- Maintain compliant and calibrated equipment
- Respect announced deadlines
8.2 Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Follow preparation instructions
- Report any relevant medication or medical condition
- Pay for services
9. Limitation of Liability
The Laboratory shall not be liable for:
- Delays due to force majeure
- Results affected by non-compliance with preparation instructions
- Medical interpretation of results (responsibility of the prescribing physician)
10. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the Laboratory Director. Complaints will be processed within 15 working days.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
12. Modifications
The Laboratory reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this page.
